Our Latest Project: Office Fit-Out at Business Bay Tower

We're pleased to share the completion of a full-floor office fit-out at a prominent commercial tower in Business Bay, Dubai. The project involved installing a complete glass partition and cabin system across 4,200 sq ft of commercial space on behalf of a leading financial services firm.

Project Scope

The brief called for a fully glazed partition system that would divide the open-plan floor into distinct zones — executive cabins, a boardroom, a client meeting suite, and a collaborative work area — while maintaining visual connectivity and maximising natural light from the perimeter curtain wall.

What We Installed

• 14 fully glazed executive cabins with frameless sliding doors
• 1 large boardroom with double-glazed acoustic partitions (STC 44 dB)
• 4 meeting rooms with integrated display mounts and privacy blinds
• Reception glass feature wall with company branding panel
• All doors fitted with proximity card readers and soft-close mechanisms

Delivery and Timeline

The project was delivered in three phases over six weeks, allowing the client to occupy completed zones progressively without moving out of the floor entirely. This phased approach is something we have refined over many similar projects and it consistently reduces client disruption while allowing us to maintain programme certainty.

The completed office has been very well received by the client's team — we're told the quality of light throughout the floor is significantly better than their previous premises. That's always the most rewarding feedback we can receive.
