High-Rise Building Facade Project

Liberty Aluminium & Glass was engaged to supply and install the complete facade system for a 28-storey residential tower in Downtown Dubai. The project spanned 18 months and required coordination with multiple trades to deliver a high-performance building envelope that meets both aesthetic and energy efficiency targets.

• 28-storey residential tower — 320 apartments
• Stick-system curtain wall on all four elevations
• Juliet balcony railings in stainless steel and glass
• Entrance canopy in structural glass
• LEED-compliant glazing specification
• Post-installation thermal performance testing passed
